Sichuan Bitters

This bitter is made from Sichuan peppercorn (Sichuan is also the name of a region in China’s mid-west and translates to ‘’four rivers’’ from Mandarin).

Its slightly spicy taste will be perfect in your savoury or spicy cocktails, such as a Bloody Ceasar, a Red Snapper or simply a Bloody Mary.
